Hakeekat jindgi ki

Kisi panchi se pooch hakikat un udano ki ,jise bacche bhi door se athkheliya kahte hai

Kisi bhanwre se poocho hakikat uske bhinbhnane ki jise log bhi bhramar ka pagal prem kahte hai

Log takdeer ko bhi hatheli ki lakeero se hi padte hai ,yaha roja mitti ke gharonde bante aur bigdtei hai

Hazaro ardo ke peeche ek hakikat pal rahi hai yaha …..

Jamane ki is samajh ko samjhne ki jarurat hai yaha….

Rahgeer se poohco hakikat raste ki,hum to jise kewal mazil pane ka zariya bhar samajhte hai

Ajeeb kashmkash mei fasa hu ek lambe arse se

per ek baat nahi kah pa rha …..

Give "Earth Hour" for Earth

Non essential lights will be turned off for one hour (Earth Hour) in all over the world, why?

For saving electricity……….

Or reason is something else……….

Yes, this is not for saving electricity but it is for raising the issue of climate change.

This is great initiative is taken by WWF (World Wildlife Foundation) to create awareness about our world’s one of the serious problems that is climate change. Couple of months ago “n” no of countries were gathered to agree to reduce certain amount of carbon emission by them. But the summit didn’t get any positive result but still WWF is committed to solve this problem.

I think that for spreading this thought all over the world this is nice effort of WWF and this is really appreciable.

By this international activity a very common man from a corner of this earth will also at least think what is happening why electricity is turned off for one hour and he will also take interest to know about reason behind it and he will be introduced with concept of climate change.

Around 125 countries is taking participation in this international activity.

So be proud to be a part of this. This is not a time of create darkness but try to find a ray of light which is hidden behind this darkness.

2020 should not be a Deadline

Everybody is waiting for 2020 because someone has told that we will achieve the target of being developed by 2020.India has 1.2 billion minds to think about it and same no of hearts to feel that moment of this achievement. India’s growth rate depends on 70% population of youngsters who have fresh mind but now it seems to be wrong, reason behind this is lack of concentration of this generation towards development. Most of them need to read about our economic, social problems and issues but generally they are found reading comics, romantic, fashions tips magazines.

Real picture of our country shows us all snaps which tell that we are losing our biggest strength that is our man power. Slightly urbanization is taking place and young generation is missing their real energy and diverting from right path under impact of entering in new modern era. They think that they need enjoyment rather than knowledge. They think that they have a whole life to think for their country’s development then why they start now?

Recently union minister for Human Resource development kapil Sibal announced to get a new target of having largest no of educated people by India by 2030. While at other side youth is ready for getting higher education even without estimating its quality. Today, in every second street, we have an MBA or any engineering college. But is it worth by taking education from it or is it only a waste of time and money? All youngsters should think about it.

Our country is now a stadium for politicians who always want to play only test match they don’t believe in 20-20 format because they want to play long innings of their life. Every new policy of the government creates a new gossip for public because they know that no one policy will survive even during its allotted duration. Today We don’t use new technologies while new technologies are using us as a target market of 1.2 billion but we are still happy. We have a great pleasure of winning an essay competition on school and college level on a very common topic “will India be developed by 2020”.

But now, it is not an essay competition, it is a great challenge for us

either we will achieve this target or 2020 shouldn’t be dead line.

The Dark Morning

Usually when we wake up we find shining morning very fresh full of light, but I don’t get. I always find a very dark morning, I know, no one will believe me but it is a fact. Now we start to talk about this darkness actually I don’t get any melodious sound of birds and vibrating tree’s leaves. Everywhere I find a strange silence. This is the dark-morning of modern generation. When I meet people they have a very dull face. I always try to find a glow on their faces but I don’t succeed. This is due to nothing but load of work which repeats same chapter daily. When they wake up in spite of happy of starting of a new day they have tension of work load. So they don’t feel happy. Why they do much work reason behind this may be fame and name. But after getting this they are not satisfied, real satisfaction is totally missing. Most of the people are not satisfied with whatever they have. Everyone wants to have more and more but no one knows how much? Everybody tries to find shortcut for success. He wants direct output without spend a single penny and time. They desire many achievements in short period of time which is not possible. Under this pressure they forget about their health, soul and real satisfaction due to this hectic life there are only dark clouds over their faces. Most of people are suffering from stress and other mental problems. They are working to make their life easy but unknowingly they are reducing their age.

For “shining-India” we again require all face of this country to be full of happiness and satisfaction. We should reduce the entire problematic situation by having control over us. We should not go to search for any treatment but we have all types of cures like mediation, yoga and many more methods which are mentioned in our epics.

We only have to follow these.

Team work is required to build a good team

A great giant of market got suddenly bankrupted in recession. After few months two persons met and planned to resume that company again. They started to plan each and every thing after great planning, they left a basic thing that was “team”. Now they started to bring member for their team and now they got few member but only for few days they again they brought some guys but again failed to keep those member with them.

Both became very upset and start work again to add some member in company and now finally company resumed but after couple of week again company got slow down.

Those two key person company were very upset this time, now they decided to filter their team. They filtered team that day they were very happy and celebrated a great occasion and back to work next day after some days they again found same condition.

Finally they decided to shut that company so at last day they decided to closing ceremony at the end of that ceremony they invited to all remaining members to shares their view and experience about company’s failures. Then they got many reason and simultaneously they also got solutions by them.

Then both key people understood that team building is great task and it required a good team work. No matter team is good or bad but the thing is that how you manage people which you have. so for it you have to solve problem of member and make each new member to have feeling towards this company otherwise none will ready to work with this weak and broken system.

So believe in your team and manage it.

Government job is a light sip of heavy drink

Today most of the people are running behind job either private or government.But here I am focusing on government job only. My parents also want to see me in government job I don’t know in which field I will go so now I am concentrating only on my studies.

It is very common suggestion of people to join govt.sector and they give a great logic behind their opinion that"you don't need to do much work and who is there to care about it ”. Is it right? If it is so then there are two possible cases either government is stupid or government employee is very smarter than govt.

Govt. employee doesn't care about his work and post because he knows that while he doesn't work but salary will be added in his account but on the part of private sector every employee always worried for his post at least rather than high salary, he knows that if he does mistakes then he will not get any chance to say and fired out of company.

some general news have become part of daily newspaper like "A govt. employed is caught for taking bribe. ,recently Dsp. Mr. Rathore is found to involve in rape case. govt. school which has staff of 10 teachers is running without teacher". I discussed only few out of thousands cases.

since starting of the day govt. employee fixes his eyes on watch on wall and waits to 5 pm such that he can say to customer with pride" time is up come tomorrow " while he started his duty from 12pm in stead of 10 am.

only one point can go in favor in side of govt. employ that is reputation only because of back support of govt. thats why govt. job is preferable.when any customer doesn't get good services then he ready to fight with govt. employee and abuse to govt. whose fault is this if customers is not getting good services after providing all resources by govt. ? Hence image of govt. spoils.Are govt. employs getting salary to spoil image of govt. in general mass.

I am not bringing you all in deep of comparison between govt. and private jobs but only I want to give a bit of light over govt. job because govt. employs who considers their job as light sip of heavy and complicated system of govt. should be reliable and more sincere about their duty.
