A great giant of market got suddenly bankrupted in recession. After few months two persons met and planned to resume that company again. They started to plan each and every thing after great planning, they left a basic thing that was “team”. Now they started to bring member for their team and now they got few member but only for few days they again they brought some guys but again failed to keep those member with them.
Both became very upset and start work again to add some member in company and now finally company resumed but after couple of week again company got slow down.
Those two key person company were very upset this time, now they decided to filter their team. They filtered team that day they were very happy and celebrated a great occasion and back to work next day after some days they again found same condition.
Finally they decided to shut that company so at last day they decided to closing ceremony at the end of that ceremony they invited to all remaining members to shares their view and experience about company’s failures. Then they got many reason and simultaneously they also got solutions by them.
Then both key people understood that team building is great task and it required a good team work. No matter team is good or bad but the thing is that how you manage people which you have. so for it you have to solve problem of member and make each new member to have feeling towards this company otherwise none will ready to work with this weak and broken system.
So believe in your team and manage it.
